Eligibility for Refunds:
Video Editing Services
Refunds for video editing services depend on the terms agreed upon in your individual project contract. Specific conditions (such as milestones, revision rounds, or delivery stages) will be defined in your agreement. If work has already been completed or is in progress, a partial refund may be considered based on the stage of completion.
Digital Products or Assets
All downloadable or digital assets (templates, presets, graphics, etc.) are non-refundable once delivered or accessed, due to the nature of digital content.
Merchandise or Equipment (if applicable)
If you’ve purchased physical products or equipment through Pixelvest (such as branded gear or accessories), these may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
The item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
Your return request is submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was defective or sent in error.
Non-Refundable Items:
Custom or personalized video content
Services already delivered or actively in progress
Downloaded or accessed digital products
Subscription-based content after the billing cycle has begun
